Die ervaring werd haar voedingsbodem: het verlangen om niet alleen te kijken naar de strategie, maar ook naar de mensen, de cultuur en de verhalen die meebepalen of iets werkelijk gaat stromen.<\/p>\n<p>Voor Joyce zijn organisaties levende systemen, met hun eigen ritme, kracht en kwetsbaarheid. During our conversations she would pick up on small details in how I described situations and connect them to patterns in my behaviour or the way I think. Often these were things I hadn\u2019t consciously noticed myself. At the same time, I often had the feeling that she sensed things that I hadn\u2019t said out loud, or sometimes wasn\u2019t even fully aware of myself yet. She has a very human and intuitive way of understanding what is going on beneath the surface.<\/p>\n<p>Through the sessions I became much more aware of my own reactions and habits. Joyce helped me learn how to observe myself a bit more from the outside and understand how certain unconscious behaviours were influencing both my work and my personal life.<\/p>\n<p>What I appreciate about Joyce is the way she moves between reflection and practice. Our conversations could go quite deep \u2014 sometimes almost philosophical \u2014 but she always brought things back to something practical. The exercises she used helped me look at my own behaviour honestly and start working on it in a constructive way.<\/p>\n<p>Looking back, the sessions had a real impact on me.
